Acceptance of Terms By enrolling your child in Skildemy programs, you accept these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Skildemy, operated by FTK Edutech Private Limited.
Enrollment & Registration
Enrolment Process
Enrolment is confirmed only after payment of applicable fees
All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete
Parents must inform us of any special needs, allergies, or medical conditions
Age Requirements
Children must meet minimum age requirements for selected programs
Age verification may be required during enrolment
Program suitability is determined through initial assessment
Fee Structure & Payment Terms
Fee Payment
Fees must be paid in advance as per chosen payment plan
Payment can be made through cash, cheque, online transfer, or digital payments
Late payment may result in temporary suspension of classes
Fee Revisions
Skildemy reserves the right to revise fees with 30 days notice
Existing students get preference for continuing at revised rates
Fee changes apply to new enrolments immediately
Refund Policy
Pro-rata Refund Policy
We offer no-questions-asked pro-rata refunds for unused classes*
Refund calculations are based on remaining classes at enrolment date
Material costs and registration fees are non-refundable
Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing
Processing time: 7-14 working days from request date
Refunds will be processed through original payment method
Refund Conditions Terms and Conditions for Refunds:
Request must be made at least 7 days before discontinuation
Minimum 15 days enrollment required before refund eligibility
Material costs (Upto ₹4000 per program) are non-refundable
Registration fees are non-refundable
Class Attendance & Make-up Policy
Regular Attendance
Regular attendance is encouraged for optimal learning outcomes
Parents must inform in advance about planned absences
Persistent absence may affect program effectiveness
Make-up Classes
One make-up class per month is allowed for each program
Make-up classes must be scheduled within the same month
Subject to availability and instructor scheduling
Class Cancellations by Skildemy
In case of instructor unavailability or center closure, make-up classes will be provided
Parents will be notified at least 2 hours in advance when possible
No fee adjustment for force majeure events affecting less than 20% of monthly classes
Child Safety & Behavior
Safety Protocols
All staff are trained in child safety and emergency procedures
Parents must provide emergency contact information
Children with contagious illnesses should not attend classes
Behavioural Expectations
Children are expected to follow centre rules and instructor guidance
Persistent disruptive behaviour may require parent consultation
Extreme cases may result in program discontinuation with refund
Medical Information
Parents must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs
Medication administration requires written authorization and instructions
Emergency medical treatment authorization must be provided
Privacy & Data Protection
Information Collection
We collect only necessary information for program delivery
Child progress data is used for educational purposes only
Marketing communications require separate consent
Information Sharing
Personal information is not shared with third parties without consent
Progress reports may be shared with partner schools if applicable
Photography/video consent is obtained separately for marketing use
Data Retention
Student records are maintained for 3 years post-graduation
Parents can request data deletion after program completion
Assessment data may be anonymized for program improvement
Program Delivery & Changes
Curriculum & Methodology
Skildemy reserves the right to modify curriculum for improvement
Core learning outcomes remain consistent across modifications
Parents will be notified of significant program changes
Instructor Changes
Instructor assignments may change based on availability and expertise
All instructors meet Skildemy's qualification standards
Smooth transition processes are followed for instructor changes
Center Operations
Center locations and timings may change with appropriate notice
Alternative arrangements will be made for continuing students
Temporary closures will be communicated in advance
Intellectual Property
Materials & Content
All program materials remain property of Skildemy and partners
Materials provided for home use must be returned upon program completion
Reproduction or distribution of materials is prohibited
Assessment & Progress Reports
Progress reports and assessments are for personal use only
Commercial use of assessment methodologies is prohibited
Parents may retain copies of their child's progress reports
Limitation of Liability
Program Outcomes
While we strive for optimal outcomes, individual results may vary
Skildemy is not liable for specific academic or developmental guarantees
Our commitment is to deliver quality programs as described
Personal Property
Skildemy is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items
Children should not bring valuable items to classes
Parents are advised to label all personal belongings
Dispute Resolution
Grievance Process
Concerns should first be addressed with the centre director
Unresolved issues can be escalated to Skildemy management
Written complaints will receive response within 7 working days
Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Nagpur jurisdiction only
Arbitration may be pursued before legal proceedings
